Carlos G. Ramirez- President

He was born in Costa Rica in 1955. He lived in New York in where he obtained a degree in musical studies. He graduated as an architect from Costa Rica University.

The prestigious firm C.G.R. Architecture and Associates, S. A. was founded in 1986. The principal part of its jobs is dedicated to design tourist projects, and also it is co-designer of the "study of the categorical requirements of the tourist projects " for the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT).

The International Center of Conference (ancient Sheraton Herradura in Costa Rica), was designed in 1990, which it became in the first Conference Center in Central America for the Costa Sol International Group.

Paul Bierman-Lytle environmental architect of SEAS, architect Thomas Brighton of Landmark Entertainment Group and Carlos G. Ramírez, of C. G. R. Architecture and Associates, S. A. received as group a commission as regional architects of the worldwide headquarters of the EARTH CENTER.

Mr. Ramírez is in charge of the development of Costa Sol Group, and he is the exclusive designer of important companies such as: Panamco Tica (Coca Cola manufacturers), Delta Airlines Costa Rica, Giardini Di Papagayo Costa Rica, Taisuco Costa Rica of the Taiwan Sugar Corporation, etc.
